Our intention wasn’t to do a South Jersey wing review. Instead, while working late one evening, Chick (Devon) and TheDick (Neil) decided we needed a beer and some wings. We wanted to decompress before heading home. That was on a Thursday evening. The following Thursday we did the same thing. So started a Thursday evening ritual, with friends and co-workers often tagging along.

Every Thursday we look for a new out-of-the-way bar. There are a ton of them out there and we aim to try the wings at each one with the intent on finding THE BEST WINGS in SOUTH JERSEY.
